By accessing or purchasing from HSZON Electronic Trading LLCyou agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
An order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability, and will refund any amount paid.
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of 5% VAT unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate; in the event of an error we will notify you before dispatch and offer a cancellation or corrected price.
We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, buy-now-pay-later providers, bank transfer and cash on delivery where enabled. Payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers. Business customers may request a VAT invoice at checkout by providing a valid TRN.
We deliver across all seven emirates. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Please inspect items on receipt and report any damage promptly.
Products carry the manufacturer's official warranty for the period stated on each product page. Warranty claims are handled in line with manufacturer terms. See our Warranty page for details.
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days in original condition and packaging. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the full process and exclusions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HSZON is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
