How HSZON ships across the UAE — coverage, timeframes, fees and tracking.

HSZON Electronic Trading LLC delivers across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates — Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. GCC-wide shipping is planned as part of our expansion.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST) on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched.
Estimated windows are shown on each product and at checkout.
Cash on delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders within the UAE. A small COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can follow your order at any time from Track Order or from your account dashboard.
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged or a package is missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, customs, courier capacity or events beyond our reasonable control. We will keep you informed of any significant delay.
